We’re one day away now and if you didn’t know already Tamashii Nations is bringing a new exclusive Godzilla to San Diego Comic Con this year: S.H.MonsterArts Godzilla 2023 (Exclusive Edition). If you are attending the show the good news is that you do not need an appointment to buy one! Just get in line at either the Tamashii booth (3329) or the Godzilla booth (3345) and grab it with whatever other figures you are looking to purchase. I even have the menu of everything they will be selling if you’d like to prepare ahead of time:
This is my first experience with the S.H.MonsterArts Godzilla Minus One mold and it’s a really nice bulky kaiju. The blue back-spikes are striking and they have a neat almost frosted looking fade on the body to simulate the illumination. I was pleasantly surprised to notice that this might be the first Godzilla I own with individual articulated toes. This is easily my favorite Godzilla design since Shin Godzilla.
This is a pretty straightforward release that includes Godzilla, an atomic breath accessory, and a stand to hold up the atomic breath.
